Examples of our consulting services include CFO-for-Hire, Open Book Management training, accounting best practices implementation, entity selection, business planning and Axiom 180, our program for business turnarounds. It's not uncommon for clients to have a negative perception of consultants. This is because 1) consultants often think they know more about the client's business than the owners and 2) consultants are quick to point out what's wrong but don't stick around to fix it. At Axiom about 25% of our time is focused on diagnosing issues that need to be addressed and the other 75% is spent on implementing changes with the business owner and management.
